KI kann Unternehmen und Organisationen substanziell voranbringen — qualitativ am Markt, kostenseitig im Betrieb. Die Herausforderung liegt nicht im Potenzial, sondern in der Auswahl und in der Umsetzung.

Ich formuliere mit Ihnen die Strategie — und bleibe in der Umsetzung dabei. Nicht auf Flughöhe von Folien, sondern im Code, in den Prozessen, in den Daten. Mein Ziel ist nicht, Projekte zu verkaufen, sondern bessere Entscheide zu ermöglichen.

AI can move companies and organizations forward substantially — in market quality and in operating cost. The challenge is not the potential, but making the right choices and implementing them.

Vom Ingenieur zum Unternehmer – und zurück zur Technologie

From engineer to entrepreneur – and back to technology

Elektro-Ingenieur mit Spezialisierung auf Microchip-Entwicklung. Über 30 Jahre in der IT – von Assembler über Web und Cloud bis zu KI. XIAG AG und HOGALOG AG aufgebaut, bei beiden bis heute Hauptaktionär und Verwaltungsratspräsident.

Ich kenne die Realität von Technologieentscheiden aus der Perspektive dessen, der sie verantworten muss – nicht aus der Beraterperspektive. Diese Erfahrung gebe ich weiter.

Ausserhalb der Technologie: früher Leichtathletik, heute Golf. Die Begegnung mit Menschen, die für ihre Sache brennen, ist für mich der beste Teil der Arbeit.

I know the reality of technology decisions from the perspective of the person who has to be accountable for them – not from the consultant's chair. That experience is what I pass on.
